In which language will the event be held? Will there be simultaneous interpretation?

The official languages of the event will be Spanish and English. Yes, there will be simultaneous interpretation.
How many spaces will there be?

The event will feature three spaces: a main stage, a smaller space for parallel activities, and a third one for lunch.

Can I get a refund if I am ultimately unable to attend?

No, tickets are non-refundable.

Schedule and logistics

Where does the event take place and how can I get there?

The event is taking place in the Sala Multibox at EITB (Calle Capuchinos de Basurto 2, 48013 Bilbao). You can easily get there by metro and Renfe Cercanías (San Mamés station, Bilbao Intermodal exit), tram (San Mamés stop) or bus. Parking is available at Bilbao Intermodal.
How does the registration process work?

To enter the EITB building, you must first pass through security and then register and collect your badge. We therefore recommend arriving well in advance to avoid queues.

Can I attend even if I’m not a designer?

Of course. The event is primarily aimed at professionals and executives from companies and organisations across various sectors, public administrations and knowledge centres, as well as design professionals.
