Intellectual and industrial property

Except where permitted by law, the reproduction, distribution, communication to the public, adaptation or any other use of this content, in whole or in part, is prohibited without the authorisation of the relevant rights holder.

Registration and ticket management

Ticket sales and ticket management for Diseinuz are handled through the Eventbrite platform. When registering or purchasing tickets, users will use the services provided by that platform.

The use of Eventbrite is subject to its Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Event-specific terms, including prices and any applicable cancellation and refund conditions, will be provided on the event page and during the registration or purchase process.

The use of Eventbrite does not alter EIDE’s obligations as the organiser of Diseinuz.

Data protection

Personal data processed in connection with Diseinuz is handled in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

Liability
